1. Written confirmation of product requirements

The buyer should provide detailed product requirements in writing, which should include: detailed description of product functions, product materials and colours, certification

requirements, environmental requirements, product testing standards, etc.

2.Product Design:

The design can either be provided by the Buyer or by TAIFAI. Each product provides three design

options to choose from, and after the plan is confirmed, we will make 3D appearance samples to reconfirm

3. Product function and structure development

According to the design and function of the product, the engineering team will improve the internal structure design, drawing production, simple testing, etc.After the structural design is completed, TAIFAI will make the functional samples for customer's confirmation,after the

customer confirms that there is no mistake, we will proceed to the next step of mould design and development.

4. Mould design and development

Mould design and development, according to the structure and material of the product, design the structure of the mould, including the decision of the mould splitting method, mould flow analysis, piping design and process selection.

5. Small batch testing

After the mould development is completed, TAIFAI factory will carry out small batch production test for 

the new products, including usage test, assembly test and product durability test.

After the products pass the test, we will provide qualified samplesto the brand for confirmation, and after confirmation, we will sign the samples to TAIFAI and mass produce according to the samples.

6.Delivery

Assist customers in applying for certification if necessary，deliver the final product to customer.
